As the Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing new products as well as enhancements to existing products. You will have subject matter expertise and direct experience in API technology and service management tools.
You will develop and implement a strategic roadmap that positions Newgistics as a formidable competitor in the areas of E-Commerce and Supply Chain Solutions. You will manage product lifecycles and product positioning through the identification of customer needs, customer feedback, customer usage, operational data, market research, and competitive/market trends. You will act as a technical advisor for specific product(s); will initiate and foster relationships with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Technology, and Operations to develop new products and/or enhance functionality of existing product(s) and will ensure successful product releases based on corporate priorities.

Experienced with Project/Issue Tracking Software applications including Jira and Confluence
