The Implementation Manager is responsible for all aspects of new parcel and fulfillment client on-boarding, solution enhancements for existing clients, and client satisfaction in general. Project efforts extend from an internal sales hand off meeting though requirements gathering, configuration and development, quality control, solution stabilization, and project closure. Tasks to be performed include scheduling work across functional departments, tracking and reporting project status, hosting both internal and client meetings, and verifying solution quality.
This position will serve as a subject matter expert within the organization for areas such as logistics and fulfillment best practices, sales and account management support, and general information regarding our service offerings. An ideal candidate will be a self-motivated project manager/business analyst that is capable of managing numerous projects at a time.
