As a Training Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the Newgistics culture and enabling the success of new starts in a fast-paced environment. Our goal is to provide world-class onboarding, learning and development programs for our fulfillment operation.


The ideal Training Coordinator should be passionate about continuous improvement and Team oriented. Should be able to communicate clearly and concisely in a way that motivates others to action, to demonstrate extreme attention to detail and the ability to effectively manage competing priorities. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for development, highly flexible, committed to our Team, and have the ability to tackle ambiguity and process improvement.


This position will support CVG preferred work methods and learning programs, the onboarding of new Team members through internal training programs.


  • Demonstrate professionalism and mastery of core job duties and accept increasing levels of responsibility for independently administering new Team member training plans.
  • Perform daily updates of training roster and Team rosters.
  • Perform internal and external communication with operations leadership, HR, and staffing partners.
  • Track onboarding metrics, including SLA adherence from staffing partners, training certifications, temporary Team member turnover.
  • Assist in development of and streamline internal metrics to track candidates' assignments to onboarding and training programs to improve efficiencies.
  • Create and maintain reports and publish to operations leadership.
  • Ability to use SharePoint, Outlook, Excel and Word, PowerPoint, WMS, and LMS.
  • Track compliance measures for preferred work methods and OJS compliance.


  • 1-2 years of work experience with career progression in fulfillment operations and/or training and development.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate information, verbally and in writing, concisely and in a manner which drives people to take action.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence others and execute in a timely manner.
  • Planning and coordinating training, large meetings or feedback sessions.
  • Experience with Outlook, MS Excel, Word and Labor Management Systems.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects, often with deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding personnel information.
  • Learning facilitation experience a plus
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills - must display patience, humor and helpfulness at all times.
  • Initiative to do whatever it takes to get things done and quickly resolve unanticipated problems.
  • Detail oriented and excellent organizational skills; accuracy is essential.
