The Financial Analyst is responsible for coordinating the company’s financial planning activities and reporting tasks, from strategy to tactics. Exerts very strong influence on strategic and financial plans and resolves complex and ambiguous issues related to financial planning of the company. The position has very broad company perspective and must maintain an excellent understanding of the parcel solutions within all functional areas.

Education: MBA with a Bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred. CPA certificate desired.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in financial analysis and accounting.
Comprehensive understanding of analytical and business process procedures with proficiency in reading and interpreting financial and operating results and developing alternatives.
Superior knowledge of budgeting process.
Advanced knowledge in Excel, Powerpoint, Word and a solid understanding of Oracle and/or Hyperion.
The ability to quickly grasp and contribute towards company operations and business drivers.
Must possess a high degree of interpersonal confidence and initiative to work with, and present to, a variety of personalities including senior management.
Ability to set priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment;
Ability to maintain confidentiality of information; ability to work overtime.
