    Responsibilities

    In this role, you’ll join our Shared Services Austin team, report to the Corporate HR Manager and be responsible for:

    • Providing administrative support to our top Senior Leadership Team.
    • Coordinating department meetings; preparing meeting minutes; arranging use of conference rooms.
    • Serving as a contact to people inside and outside the company.
    • Coordinating schedules, making appointments and establishing agendas.
    • Arranging and coordinating business travel.
    • Preparing and overseeing expense reports.
    • Performing word processing duties.
    • Preparing Powerpoint presentations and may work with Excel spreadsheets.
    • Point person for Austin office facilities management
    • Help with Corporate event planning

    Qualifications

    • A minimum of 4 years experience in executive administrative positions in a corporate setting
    • Must have strong working knowledge/experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.) 
    • Ability to quickly learn and become proficient in other internal applications
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
    • Able to work independently or in a team environment 
    • Professional presentation and can-do attitude 
    • Able to handle sensitive, complex, confidential information 
    • Detail oriented
