Position Purpose: Supervises and is directly responsible for all quality assurance tasks.
Trains employees for all QC and Induction positions.
Provides feedback to Operations Manager or Supervisor for employee reviews.
Ensures all exception packages are researched & processed correctly.
Conducts quality audits
Constructively watches employees and provides feedback on a regular basis.
Oversees package exceptions and final resolution
Other duties as assigned.
Adheres to all safety procedures in the performance of job duties.
Meets time goals and productivity goals for the department.
Daily interaction with other warehouse personnel in order to accomplish tasks.
Daily interaction with upper management as to status of department.
Daily interaction with other leads and supervisors.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works near lift trucks and pallet jacks and moving conveyors. Following all proper safety procedures will eliminate any potential hazards. Works in a warehouse environment in all types of weather. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate
Shift hours are from 5pm – 1am
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Experience and/or Education:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred, but not required.
Minimum of three (3) years previous experience in a lead position; or any equivalent combination of acceptable training, education or experience.
